500ml bottle picked up at a Spar Gourmet shop in Wien. Clear golden body topped by a thin ring of foam. Late grass to the nose. Taste of mild malty sweetness with hints of fruits. Smooth and medium palate. Considering the strength the alcohol is well masked (29.11.2007).

On tap at the Berliner Bierfestival. Clear golden serving, with a small, white head. Sweet and malty nose with a little fruityness. The same goes for the flavor, but there’s a weak note of alcohol and some hops as well. Medium to full and a bit sticky mouthfeel. Quite nice, at least it was a welcomed change from all the pilsners. (Bottle BB 01/09/07) Hoppy, malty aroma with a hint of alcohol. Golden colour, clear and small, white head with fair lacing. Sweet, malty, slightly fruity, acidic and slightly grassy-hoppy flavour. Slightly alcoholic, softly carbonated and medium-bodied palate. Basic bock – nothing special! 17/05/07

Bottle. Clear dark golden colour, no head. Malty flavour, a little bonbon. A bit boring for bock, not very flavourful.

Bottle, served at Ottakringer Helles Bock. Clear golden coloured with a white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, honey and fruits. Flavour of malts, caramel, fruits and hops.
