A Mes rate: cask at Baker Street ’Sporks.
Full on copper colour with a slight off white collar. Fairly bland on the nose but the decent fruity malt gives it a good base. Sweet nutty notes with, trust me on this one, a pleasant hint of cheeseburger. Honestly. Very malty, almost no hops but it’s still a nice enough drop. Sweet malt finish but really, where are the hops?

Cask at the Golden Fleece, Nottingham. This copper beer with a fluffy head has a malty aroma. The flavour is sweet and very fruity at the start with hints of strawberry and then turns bitter for a dry finish.

Cask at The Globe, Baker St 28 Apr 08. Dark golden brown colored. A creamy tanned head. Sweet fruity aroma. Caramellish flavor. Sweet bitter aftertaste. A bit too far on the sweet side.
