kempicus (191), Wellington, New Zealand Dec 4, 2007 I was drinking Otter ale on stillage one night but i thought i’d give this a crack instead, it’s a lot dryer than Otter Ale, has a slight green apple astringency to it and is a lot lighter, not as good as the ale but still not bad. downender (1609), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England May 21, 2007 Cask-conditioned at Westbury-upon-Trym Conservative Club, Bristol (I was there as a guest!) A pleasant enough session bitter that contains some interest despite its low ABV. Of standard appearance but has aroma of hay with some supporting fruit. Flavour contains some hops with a good, dry aftertaste. rickgordon (3073), Göteborg, Sweden Apr 8, 2007 Cask conditioned at Akkurat, Stockholm.
Grassy, appley aroma. Light and stalky mouthfeel. Notes of grass, apples and vanilla. Harsh, stalky bitterness. Light bodied.
