Found this to be a good beer little bit nutty nice bittereness, tasty. ALLOVATE (1126), Perth, Australia

As luck would have it this was the end of the cask so I got a very shaken pint of this to taste with all the dregs of the bottom of the barrel. Must say it wasn’t too bad, and it was free so who’s to complain. Big fluffy white head held out atop a hazy, albeit summery, deep gold body. Aroma was piney and smelled of fresh crushed spring onions (not overly bad, herbal in fact!). Juicy, ripe fruits, pine-nuts, summer wheat and bread dough in the mouth. With the head still in the way it tasted creamy and sweet rather than bitter and laden with hop refuge. Good clean taste of hops, though, on the sides of the tongue (showcase dry-hopping), tangy, bitter and a light rasp just at the back before a bitter fruity bite on the swallow. Some soft apple and guava fruit notes develop on the palate and also begin to linger in the aftertaste. This got better as I went, cursing it was the last cask. Not bad. It was a little dark for being a bitter but it was nice, nice foam, a little annoying after a while, you know this is not my favorite style. Dorqui (1359), Brescia, Italy

Red color much limpid and bright. Absent head. Enough light scent with woody and malty notes. Watery and rather smooth taste, much bitter and with a light alcoholic tone. Rather short end. anders37 (4630), Malmö, Sweden
