Aroma of british malts, caramel, and some citrus. Medium light texture and lively carbonation. Toast and tea flavors in the malt profile. The dry bitter finish needs some work. It is astringent and medicinal. This was not horrible, but I definitely won’t visit this one again. Not my cup of tea. MullMan (1082), Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | May 26, 2006 Sampled at the JimMack ’06 Invitational. light amber color. light hop aroma. flavor is hoppy, moderately bitter, and a little caramel malt. maybe they could make this their standard APA and get more street cred, because this aint worth a 15 year celebration!! jimmack (1221), Nutley, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 26, 2006 Bottle. Clear orange/amber color with a small white head. Citrus hop aroma with a touch of toffee and little else. Malts come out more in the flavor than the aroma. Caramel, citrus hops and a bit of butter in the background that annoyed me. canary dog (443), Rutland, Vermont, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 25, 2006 This was a bit better than I was expecting. Relatively good body and hop backbone, with a decent finish. Lou18 (1353), West Paterson, New Jersey, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 22, 2006 Jimmack 06 gathering. Pours a crystal clear filtered look light amber with a thin white head. Light diacetyl, but not too much to make it bad, lots of cascade-citrus hops with a light metallic aroma. Flavor is light sweet caramel a bit more butterscotch, and some light hop bitterness. Clean and crisp- nothing special though. crzybob77 (528), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 18, 2006 While this certainly has a great hop flavor, it is overall a more mild IPA compared to many of the crazy american IPAs now. But, regardless, this is still a tasty beer that i have no problem drinkin. guzzler67 (1281), Hanover, Maryland, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 15, 2006 Hazy, deep amber appearance with a small white head and moderate lacing. The floral, citrusy aroma developed maltier characteristics as it set a bit. Taste followed the same pattern, with a palate that was initially hoppy on the tongue and roof of the mouth, becoming sweeter and maltier as it finished.
