Dec 3, 2006 Bottled. Light amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. Sweetness, pine, herbs and light fruit in the nose. Flavour is sweet and quite soapy. Herbal and flowery. Is medium bodied. Quite dry mouthfeel. Fruity and herbal bitterness in the end. Decent and easy to drink IPA.

Nov 5, 2006 Bomber - Poured a cloudy orange-amber in color with a nice white head. Some lacing on the glass. Somewhat low carbonation. Aroma is of citrus-piney hops and very little malt. Flavor is also of citrus and pine hop and has a decent malt backing. Palate is better than average. An somewhat average IPA, but good effort none the less... very drinkable...

Nov 1, 2006 Clear orange-copper body with a very small white head. Basic hop juice with bubbles and alcohol. Not much malt profile. Forestry/pine tree flavours. Some orange. Not very tasty. Medium bitterness. Medium oily body. Very drinkable basic IPA recipe that is about as mature as I was when it was my own 15th anniversary.
