22 oz bomber courtesy of Keith. Pours a hazy coppery color with a medium sized white head. Aroma is hoppy with faint pine overtones. Taste is slightly hoppy with a hint of malt and a touch of distant pine resin. Average at best.

Bottle shared with Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, GregClow and biegaman, courtesy of Harry. Dark yellow, hardly any head. Malt sweetness in aroma - not much else. Nice malt, hop taste. Tastes more like an APA is sweetness and body. Very easy to drink - I warmed up to it after a while. Simple but good.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, biegaman & tupalev -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a clear orange-amber with a small diminishing off-white head. Pleasant aroma has a nice balance of herbal hops and sweet malt. Flavour’s the same: sweet malt nicely balanced by herbal hops and a decent bitter finish. Alcohol’s well hidden. Medium bodied. A simple but enjoyable IPA.

Bottle shared with biegaman, blankboy, tupalev & HogTownHarry - courtesy of HogTownHarry. Slightly hazy orange-amber with a small head. Aroma of sweet caramel-malt and herbal tea hops. Flavour starts sweet and malty, and develops a decent hoppiness in the middle and finish. Not bad, but nothing outstanding.

Bottle (650ml). Shared with biegaman, blankboy and tupalev - my bottle. Clear amber with a small frothy off-white head. Thick sweet malt and resin/herbal tea-like hop aroma. Very malty flavour, herbal/funky bitter hops in the finish, light alcohol although the alcohol lingers. Thick body, good astringency and carbonation, slightly alcohol aftertaste - pretty decent IPA.

22 oz. bottle via trade with 1FastSTi - Pours a clear amber color with a nice size off white head. Has a toasty malt, floral hop aroma. Flavor is mainly a toasted caramel malt. Hop bitterness is noticeable. Medium body. This beer is a pleasant change from most of the other hopped up IPA’s. A good beer. Thanks Blake.

RBSG 2006 - DC Grand Tasting Lineup Caramel color, light head and lacing. Nose of bright citrusy hops, along with some grass and wood. The flavor is balanced, some moderate bitterness and sweetness but the balance is more toward pale malt.

Frothy, but small white head over a cloudy copeery-orange body. The aroma is pretty mild - some hoppiness, as it is an IPA, and some slighlty floral notes, maybe even some heather. Really the flavor is OK, but nothing to write home about. It tastes old, stale, actually, and the finish is strangely bitter, and not in a pleasant IPA way.
