Nov 15, 2007 Draft at Boatyard Bar and Grill in Annapolis. Nice copper color, hoppy with a mild touch of bitterness. Not bad.

Nov 13, 2007 This is a nice medium colour beer. One of the best things about the Northeast is that I can get Otter Creek practically everywhere. No need to settle when you can get this beer with your pizza.

Appearance :Clear classic amber with above average sized fine head , ornamental lace shown.4-
Nose :Aromatic hops with soy caramel malting .
Flavour/Palate : Nutty front with aromatic sides and earthy twig finish. Medium soft body. Short episode of alcohol shown at finish. Fairly decent interpretation of altbier, perhaps slightly softer in the middle than German brothers.

Nov 10, 2007 We had a beer tasting yesterday at my house, and it was the surprise of the night. A lot of people liked it. To me it was a bit watery, weak flavors.

Oct 29, 2007 Somewhat weak for an amber, but good nonetheless. I expected darker, but its got that caramel flavor. It also looks a little too clear for me. I think I am just a sucker for things from Vermont. A beer like this is great for everyday drinking, but its not really anything fabulous.

Oct 28, 2007 6-pack from Total Wine, River Edge, NJ...bottle pours copper in color, white head...light floral smell with some malt, toffee...taste was much of the same with a bit of metallic flavor as well...this was just OK, I’ve had some better offerings from O.C.

Oct 21, 2007 Draft. Copper colored pour, with a medium sized white head. Aroma of hops. Flavor is mild hops and a nice bitterness to it.
