Just like its name - great copper color. Frothy white head that leaves excellent lace and a nice even carbonated look. If one thing can be said about Otter Creek - thier beers look great. A flowery and fruity aroma comes first, followed by equal mild hints of malt and hops. A palate midway between thick and thin, just the way it should be. A clean nutty flavor and a strong hop finish that fits this style. This is the best of the 3 Otter Creeks that I tried from their sampler pack.

Bottle. Golden color with a white head. Malty aroma that matches the flavor. Not overly complex malts blend smoothly with minimally bitter hops. Some nice sweetness. Not much here, but what’s here is fine and unoffensive.

Had one of these while watching the buckeyes dismantle purdue with my bud Spencer (thanks for the brownies). Nose of caramel 7 toffee, pralines & pecans. Big @ first but not much staying power. Pours a sparkling copper. The frothy white thin head is mostly diminishing with minimal lace. The flavor is primarily floral. Well balanced with good depth and character the beer has a very nice finish. The medium dry body is lively and the finish feels astringent.

Of course not one of the best because of the style, but for the style, I thought this was very good, had almost the perfect amount of hops to it

Not sure why this beer has such a low score up until now. I have had it many times and thought is was pretty good. Nice copper color with a nice head and body. Aroma balanced as well as taste. Well balance easy to drink mix of malt sweetness and hops. Tailgating beer on a hot game or concert day.

This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again.

Doesnt really smell like anything. Pours a light clear amber. Taste is hops and sweet caramel malts. A well balanced amber ale.
