malty smeling, copper red color, thin white quickly disappearing head, malty sweet flavor, not an untasty little beer at all.

12oz bottle-pours a full, rocky offwhite head with clear copper color. Aroma is hops, malt, caramel. Taste is initially creamy malt. Following is a slightly edgy, bitter hop which is nice. Although the bitterness carries too long in the aftertaste too. Medium body. Dated 11/28/05, best by or bottled on??

Mi riche, pas trop amère, bon goût de malt. Pas pire pour ma première altbier, je la reboirais.

Smells like apples and has a very bitter taste. Small head of foa but a very coppery color hence the name copper ale.

Bottle-Amber colored w/almost no head. Hopped, nutty aroma. Some hops up front, Long, malty, metalic, dry finish. Tastes kind of coppery. Not bad, nothing special. Middle of the road brew, I’d drink it, proably wouldn’t buy it again.

Bottle (12oz). Poured slightly hazy orange-amber with a good-sized creamy-foamy lasting off-white head. There’s some light roast malt and very stale hops in this, but mostly really funky-sour-stale grain, fairly unpleasant. Flavour isn’t as bad, but it’s still vaguely funky-skunky, with sour orange juice, stale but very bitter hops, rather unpleasant grain. Mouthfeel is bitter, flat and almost minerally and/or metallic. This is not a very nice brew.

Yellowish orange with a nice white head. Oranges in the nose along with hops, mellow palate of lemons, dry hops, malt. Neutral finish.
