Overall not much to highlight. A rather kind and uninspiring C+ altbier. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA

It did not have the typical bitterness of an amber but more of a sweet taste to it. Great for BBQs. MaltOne (61), USA

I like it better then a many of the ambers I’ve had - not quite as bitter. Nice maltiness with just a touch of hop bitter. Pretty in the glass. A good summer ale, stands up to chilling. Has enough body to make it interesting. Found it at an Indian restaurant in Brewster - go figure. WesBeerGuy (62), Rocky Hill, Connecticut, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 3, 2005 Nice light hoppy nose. Pours copper (surprise) with a medium-small white head. Very well balanced ale. Nice malt taste with a mildly bitter palate emerging afterwards. Unremarkable, but well-crafted and highly drinkable. waeltzy (53), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

I liked this beer the least out of the lager and the pale ale i also tried by this brewer. Also, this is my first ever review. Awesome. argo0 (6982), Washington DC, USA
