Otter Creek Hefeweizen

On tap at the Vermont Brewers’ Fest. Brewers claimed this is different from their regular Summer Wheat, and not having had that in a while who am I to care? Looking at my rating for that one, this seems better; very refreshing, hoppier than usual, more bitter and fuller than I expected. Nice Paulaner-like appearance. My first pleasant surprise of the night from a brewery I’m not crazy about.
