Draft from blind tiger. Not really an alt, but more like a helles lager with a bit of bitter hops. Poured gold. Was pretty good.

Purchsed a tall bottle at the local pizzeria based solely on how much I liked the Otter Creek Sphinx beer. This one has unimpressive iced-tea color, quickly fading soap bubble head. Aroma of vague citrus. Taste is smooth and crisp, not particularly shocking. Light on the hops - if it stands out in any way, it’s that it’s got just the right hoppiness. Not great, but I’ve sure as hell had worse.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of corn, pale malts, and light hops. Poured yellow/gold in color with a medium-sized, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Slightly hazy. Slightly sparkling. Good lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of pale malts, corn, and bitter hops. Light body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Boring, pale malt and hop finish. A very boring, but fresh and crisp, beer.
