| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 17, 2007 I was looking for more on the nose and palate of this beer. It poured with an average color and a lite aroma. It felt as if the texture was there but the flavors seemed muted. Not sure if it was the best bottle. Beerdedone (1888), Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 8, 2007 Poured a transparent gold with a spit liek white head. Smells heavy of yeasty and faintly of alcohol. Flavor is heavy on the yeast, slightly musty with a touch of honey and super sweet fruits. Finish is clean but a little flat. Not the best from a solid brewer and not a great representative of the style. stegosaurus (1882), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 23, 2007 Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours golden almost no head at all. The aroma is fruit and sweet malts. The flavor is yeatsy, semi sweet, thin, not a good example of a great style. Fantomas23 (463), Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 11, 2007 Holy unmemorable tripel. Standard floral, honey and alcohol aroma. Taste was lacking any real umph, which is doubly bad since I don’t care much for this style to begin with. However, I did find that it was a better interpretation of style than their weizen bock. beerslayer (753), New Jersey, USA

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 7, 2007 Pours lightly hazy yellow with a next to nothing white head. The aroma is peppery spice, grainy malt, some syrupy sweetness, banana and nectarine. Pours medium / thick body with minimal carbonation. The taste starts with lots of overripe nectar fruits excessively creamy sweet malt. The finish has light spice, some cardboard and sugary sweetness. Fair at best overall, pretty low as far as the tripels I’ve had.
