Appearance: Clear amber ale with presentable, large creamy head. 3+ Nose: Light fresh green feel with slight spiced theme, sour touch finishing. Belgian ale like. Flavor/Palate : Slightly woody notes , sweet amber malt up front with sour feel at edges. Fruity finish with light earthy woody theme. Reminded me of Foliage like but Okto ?

Pours a hazy golden brown with a one finger head and low head retention. Toasted malts in the nose with some acrid, metallic vibes. Aroma is weak malts dominated by a tart hoppiness. And good lord, is that adobo? Medium bodied, and a poor offering from Otter Creek. Hints of orange and a little bit sour. Tastes fermented. this is my least favorite of Victory Festbier and Blue Point Oktoberfest beers. This beer kind of blows actually, but it’s not *too* bad. Reminds me of the Otter Creek White Sail that we had with Todd up in the big house. I thought of that before I realized it was both Otter Creek lb4lb (2011), Austin, Texas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 1, 2008 Pours a light, clear amber with short lived offwhite head. Smell is slightly toasty, dusty malt and kind of yeasty and lager like. Taste is yeasy and some lightly toasted, bready malt. Light hints of lemony tea, and fruit. Decent and drinkable, but wouldn’t get again.

I thought this beer is pouring a nice dark amber color with about an 1 1/2" off white head. from there it all ended. there was not much of an aroma and a pretty basic amber ale taste. Nothing to special here.
