Dark black body with a medium creamy tan head. Roasty, creamy aroma with some light chocolate. Sweet chocolate and caramel flavor with light roastiness. Medium full body with moderate carbonation and a very smooth creamy finish.

Black with small tan head. Big roastyness with a hint of creosote in the aroma. Roasty, almost burnt malt and sugar flavors with a moderate amount of roast astringency. Fairly light mouthfeel with a dry slightly sour and astringent almost peaty finish. Trace of alchohol creeps through into the finish also. Very tasty.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma chocolate, dark malts, cream, piney hops, nuts, and rum. Poured black in color with a medium-sized, creamy, beige head that lasted throughout. Opaque. Very good lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of dark malts, chocolate, cream, piney hops, and a bit of rum. Medium body. Slightly thin, chalky texture. Average carbonation. Dry, creamy finish.

22 oz. Bomber - Creamy chocolate aroma. Black color. The only thing visually missing is a lasting head. This stout is creamy with hints of coffee, spice and alcohol. I like the burn effect from the cane sugar. It’s a nice flavor that really makes this beer stand out.

Pours black with dark brown head. Nose is roasty dark malt, chocolate, rummy spirity notes, and nuts. Tastes dry and stays rather dry for my palate, giving dark malt coupled with a dark chocolate and some definite spirity notes as it wamrs. This one is original and enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours black with a chocolate head. Aroma was soapy, malty, and a bit of nutmeg. Taste was thick with a full malt and a touch of jerk. A thick and full brew.

Pours dark brown with a soapy tan head. Smells of sweet caramel, spice, chocolate, earthy. Tastes sweet with some caramel and sugar cane at the forefront. Finishes sugary. Average.
