| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 23, 2005 Bottle. Bottled on: 04/25/05. Batch #1707. Different label than that in the picture. A slightly hazy, pale gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma is a little wheaty and a little lemony. Light, thin and watery. Only the slightest hint of wheat and lemon in the taste. Bland and boring, but that’s to be expected when they can’t even spell citrus correctly on the label and they tell you the beer is often served with a lemon wedge. At least it wasn’t disgusting. Corps d’épaisseur mince, carbonatation bien active. Bouteille partagée avec Joce et Léo, Juin 2005 MilkmanDan (1940), Eagan, Minnesota, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jun 24, 2005 Hazy light yellow. Nose somewhat wheaty, a bit off. Would be willing to comment on the flavor if it ever actually bothered to show up. Bit of crispness, some lemon, minor hops, but really bland stuff. Feh. MrRomero (1934), Nolanville, Texas, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Jun 19, 2005 Bottle: Pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow with a thin white head. No discernible aroma or flavor for that matter. Watery. Light lemon perhaps. Just nothing there. ClarkVV (3578), Allston, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jun 7, 2005 2005 bottle from Julio’s, consumed 5/28/2005 at OldGrowth’s BBQ. Barely hazy white-gold mixed with straw colored beer, with a bit of white head, that forms well and recedes quickly to cover. No lacing. Aroma of lightly sour/tart wheat, watered down orange juice, light yeast. Flavor is just lightly sour wheat, with a watery backdrop. Hints of lemon and astringent citrus are noticed on the end. No real sweetness, lightly grainy, but mostly just bland and watery. Not horribly thin, thanks to the wheat, but just kind of tastes like you are chewing on wheat and bland American ale yeast. Let’s get some more malt sweetness to combat the dryness/blandness. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Cows9 (41), Dumont, New Jersey, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 29, 2005 Pours straw yellow. Smells like wheat beer. Light and refreshing with hints of citrus. Like a better version of Sam Adams Summer. A simple but well done summer ale.
