Jan 1, 2004 Slightly hazy golden colour. Earthy-spicy hop nose. Grapefruity hops and accompanying bitterness. Light wheaty notes, with hints of bread and orange. Slighty crisp finish.

A very soft and delicate blonde wheat ale.
I like:
Fresh wheat and pale malt aroma. Relatively crisp bodied. Soft herbal hop allusions. Zesty lemon notes sometimes manage to evoke a pie.
I dislike:
Rather bland ultimately, fair lawnmower beer, but a whole evening on this must get boring.

Jul 13, 2009 on tap-pours a retaining thin white head and yellow/gold color. Aroma is light malt/grain. Taste is light malt, grain, secondary spice hops at finish.

Aug 26, 2003 Crystal clear, light yellow ale. Medium-sized, frothy, white head.
Hearty, rich and doughy aroma. Lightly spicy as well.
The flavor is malty with notes of honey and light caramel. Well-balanced with barely tart and bitter hops.
Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation.
Short, tart finish... dryish, though.

Oct 27, 2003 Debilitating, clear and bubbleless costume much like the awful Messagère...A unimpressive, milky wheat aroma with a touch of sugary lemon rind don't make me want to dive in...Anemic, minty wheat sifting through diluted cream...A decimated, watery finish invokes the macros...Should come with chicken wings...
