| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 15, 2006 Bottle sampled with Beerded_one. Pours dark brown with a one finger thick off-white head. Aroma of banana, roasted malts, and caramel (awesome nose). The flavor doesn’t resemble a weizenbock at all, coffee, roasted malts, banana, bitter hops, nuts, and slightly metallic(would have made a better porter). Good body, drinkable. jblendy (518), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Aug 12, 2006 Updated: Aug 13, 2006Not much aroma but a little bit of metallic banana and coffee. The flavor is the same as the aroma. Slightly too much carbonation. Very short, slightly malty, fizzy finish. ABUSEDGOAT (1934), California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 3, 2006 Brown body with a moderate and rapidly diminishing fizzy head. No lacing on the glass. Aroma is mostly caramelized bananas. Also got bread and chocolate notes. Unfortunately, this beer had the ’Otter Creek’ flavor. Somewhat watery texture, but was medium bodied. At least this one has potential, the Cacao one was horrible. jayme9874 (756), Hamburg, New York, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 2, 2006 Dark chestnut color, collapsing beige head. Excellent aroma of caramel, almonds, overripe bananas, hint of spices. Medium-full body, lush carbonation, creamy. Flavors of caramel covered almonds, slight roast, banana esters and more. Rich and integrated flavors, outstanding malt profile. Warming, hint of sour yeast and finishing a bit dry. Very good brew. Walt (2289), Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jul 24, 2006 This offering from Otter Creek pours a dark plum with a lite maroon bottom that leaves a thin tan head that disappears quickly. The aroma is sweet dark fruits, plum and figs, banana, caramel, fresh herbs, and nutmeg. The taste starts much like the nose sweet caramel, dark malt, wheat, lemon, banana that has a refreshing burst of carbonation that is followed by a bready syrup mouthfeel that has bit of alcohal in the finish. This is a fantstic brew, glad I punched a ticket for the Otter Creek World Tour.
