Commercial Description:
Otter Creek World Tour fans will be glad to hear of a new "stop" in the brew series. "Otteroo" Australian Sparkling Ale is the brewery's eighth offering on this delicious brew-venture. This time the Otter is in Australia with a Sparkling Ale, a refreshing and light-bodied ale with extra bubbles and extra kick. Brewed with Australian hops, and bottle conditioned, this beer has a slight haze and fruitiness from the yeast. Cheers!

Bomber - Poured a darkish amber in color with a small white head that quickly faded to a thin rim around the top of the beer. The aroma is somewhat hoppy... some herbal, not much else. Flavor pretty much matches the flavor... but hoppy and medium bitter in the mouth. Good, but not great...

The aroma is hoppy with cereal malts and citrus hops. The appearance is hazy orange gold with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is fit for the style. Overall it’s simple but effective.

the first sip is a wonderful flavor of light golden malts with herbal hops and mild touch of fruit and honey, the ending seems a bit astringent. however its still very good.

Bottle, dark clear sparkling golden with a white head. Lemon, light noble hop nose. Somewhat metallic and slightly bitter aftertaste. Notes of pils malt, lemon and grass. Flavor is very light and basic, don’t know what else to say about it really. Medium/light bodied with moderate carbonation.

(bottle - 22 oz) Slightly hazy golden color with a very thin layer of white foam. Aroma is very light and slightly sweet and grainy with a touch of hops. Flavor is very smooth at the beginning with some sweetness, then a light hoppy and dry middle and a very crisp finish. Aftertaste lingers for quite a while. Very easy to drink.

Bottle (22oz). Slightly hazy light amber, small whitish head. Aroma’s not bad, light sweet cereal grain, vague hops (7-). Taste is a bit harsh, hint of plastic and metal, fades to a decent lightly roasted cereal malt with light bittering in the finish. Average body, decent carbonation, a bit harsh with stale bitterness in the linger - ehhh, not that bad, but pretty forgettable.

Clear honey amber. Sugary celery and grains in the nose, with a strange, sour cheese and hay flavor (thankfully not very big or pronounced), and an old, stale honey note. Has some corn and some light grassy hop notes. Nothing offensive, but pretty basic overall
