Pours a hazy, honey-yellow color; thin white head with patchy lacing. Simple sugar and some citrus bitterness in the aroma; some overripe yellow fruit. Sticky sugar and a light sprinkling of rough citrus hops in a medium mouthfeel: one-dimensional sugar and a slight doughy note; not much here. Medium, sugar and rough citrus in the finish; unremarkable. GeneralGao (3057), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 25, 2007 22 oz bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was thin, white, and didn’t leave much lace behind. Aroma was of husky grain, grassy hops, alcohol, a dash of soy, and a hint of dog food. Slightly sweet with mild hop bitterness that peaked toward the end. Tasted predominantly of fall leaves and husky grain. Eh. CaptainCougar (5494), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 22, 2007 Pours a transparent bright bronze with a wispy froth of white head. Aroma of slightly toasty sugary pale malt and some earthy noble hops. Starts with a mild toasty pale malty sweetness and a smooth slightly bittersweet finish. A pretty decent, and blanced brew. gotohelunc (473), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 21, 2007 Bomber. Hazy straw color, thin white head, corn and grass on the nose. It’s got the same corn flavor as the nose indicates, and not necessarily in a bad way. Quite refreshing. I’d prefer more bubbly and fizzy out of this "Australian" style, but it’s still a very drinkable brew. Overpriced for what it is, though. dkachur (2376), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 27, 2007 Yeast aroma. Orange with a medium light white head good lacing. Sweet light malt taste. I don’t know whty they call this a sparkling ale because the carbonation is not that great. hopdog (5601), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 27, 2007 22oz bottle. Poured a medium and slightly hazy amberish color with an averaged sized off white head. Aroams of general fruitiness, caramel, and earthy. Tastes of the same fruitiness, caramel, and lightly grassy. I was getting a saltiness in the finish. Hmmm, the best Austrailan Style Sparkling Ale I’ve ever had (can’t say that I’ve had any others though).
