A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Pours a amber colour with small medium white head. Aroma of grapefruit hops, malts, and caramel. Initial taste crisp grapefruit hops and slight malts. Not too complex but flavorful for a pale ale. Finishing with the grapefruit hops. Good Head retention. Definitely tasty Pale ale.

Sampled at Hills Market beer tasting. Pours a golden orange color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing. Light citrusy hops aroma. Medium, crisp body with a moderately hoppy character that contains citrus and mild malt flavors. The finish is hoppy and short. Slightly above average overall.

clear amber, thin beige head, nice lace, sticky sweet carmel malt aroma with lots of nice citrus for a bold complex aroma, nice bitter hop flavor, a touch of carmel tries to come in and balance it but still ends up very dry, does not live up to the aroma

hazy amber, whispy white head, drippy lace, light sweet carmel malt aroma and soft floral hops, creamy body, rich carmel malt flavor with a nice dose of floral hop flavor, touch of sweetness, really easy drinking

clear copper, short lived off white head, touch of lace, light floral hop aroma, light bitter hop flavor, rich but dry caramel malt, nice bitter finish, a touch of sweetness shows up in the end,

Some APA come across like IPA and this is not an exception. Musty hop aroma that clears to an oily sweet mate’s hair. 2 shades darker than pale yellow. Grapefruit rind taste impact. Quite like an IPA in behavior. Bitter lingering medicine finish. Good carbonation for such a hopped beer. More personality than I care for in a beer.

This beer pours a dark golden amber color with nice head retention. i poured it into a pilsner glass and the aroma was of woods and earthy tones and some mild hops. As you drink it the beer was kind of bitter yet had a smooth after taste. there was not much of a bite although i didnt expect one since it was a pale ale.

Aug. 16, 2007; 12 oz. bottle. May be just a wee bit better than the current "66" rating would otherwise suggest. Orange pour, wonderful nose of citrus and pine. Surprisingly-good hop bite; the otherwise weak finish is saved by an enduring bitterness. Didn’t have high hopes for this one, but ended up quite pleased.

From a 12 oz bottle poured very clear gold with a fat white head adn decent lacing. Nose of citrus hops and light malts. Mouthfeel light but smooth. Flavor of citrus and floral hops. Nice dry finish. Very nice APA..
