| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 28, 2006 The pale ale pours a light amber color with a small, fizzy white head. Hazy body with fair lacing. Aroma is of lemony hops, as well as peach and alcohol. Initial taste is lightly sweet and bitter, finishing moderately bitter. Light and dry on the mouth with fizzy carbonation. Chalky and alcoholic feel afterwards. Not the best pale ale we’ve had, but certainly not the worst. Very drinkable. Bottled on 10/3/05, so shelf life probably had another month or so. edden (927), cow- lumbus, Ohio, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 21, 2006 One bottle from my good friend JB. Poured a nice white head with hops aroma. It had a flavor of malt and lemon with a slight hops bite at the end. Very refreshing . AdamSkillin (376), High Bridge, New Jersey, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 1, 2006 A decent Vermontian Pale Ale, didn’t go overboard with the hop bitterings, decent malt to balance it out, and it is a coppery kind of brew. As advertised, a good brew, nothing spectacular. jcwattsrugger (5443), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 25, 2006 Otter Creek Pale Ale pours to a beautiful, pale golden color with a nice white head, and a good bit of carbonation. The nose on this beer is classic, with lots of vibrant, lemony/citric hop aroma paired with slight hints of estery fruit. The palate is actually leaner than I remember, and is just a tad smaller than it should be. This is a minor flaw however, as it makes the beer even more quaffable. Some nice pale malt flavors and juicy, estery fruit flavors coat the tongue. Otter Creek Pale Ale finishes with some crisp maltiness up front, then ends with a very pleasing, dry, citric hop bite that slightly lingers.

This a single hop beer by the sound of Otter Creek’s blurb. That being said....
Clear dark orange pour with a small white head. Doughy, yeasty aroma. Nicely spiced and just the right amount of hop bitterness on the finish.
