Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Lightly hopped fruity aroma. Dark golden with thin white head that recedes to cover with marginal lace. Sweet malt up front with pleasing bitterness in the back end. Easy to drink with decent carbonation but not overwhelming. Perhaps a bit light. Bottle.

This has your typical color with a pleasent aroma when it comes to a east coast Pale Ale. Bland basic flavor with a slightly bitter aftertaste brings the score down on this one.

Bottled 6 months ago. Pours amber, very slight chill haze, light head. Smells candy and hops. Taste is dry with toffee, malt and hops in balance. Pretty darned tasty and balanced, not a blockbuster but a beer I could drink all day (starting at 8:30 AM of course, I never drink before breakfast). I’ll be back for more.

Golden with no real head. Light butterscotch & malt noise, faintly hoppy. Light malt, bitter hops with a slightly sweet finish. A little too heavily carbonated

Nothing too special here. Copper color with smallish head. Aroma of light floral hops and bread. Taste is too light and sweet. Finish is clean and balanced.

Classic American Pale ale. Nice copper to amber color. Low carbonation, small head. Nice floral hop aroma. Slightly malty, crisp clean, and very well balanced.

Batch #1498, bottled 2/20/04: Amber color with a thin, white head. A bit of lacing down the glass. Decent fruity, floral aroma. Doesn't have much of a taste aside from lots of hops at the end. Feels a little to fizzy. You can find better than this.

Pours a honey color with a thin, disappointing nearly white head. Mildly hoppy and mildly malty--in my opinion, it needs more hops. Tastes a bit fruity and leaves a mildly bitter aftertaste. Its best attribute is that it's very drinkable.
