Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

12 oz. Bottle. Pours a beautiful clear copper color with a frothy off-white head. Soft citrus aroma with undertones of malt. Light to medium body with a dry mouthfeel. Sweet beginning with a grapefruit kick to a short finish. A nice APA.

Bottle. Nice aroma of hop over malt. Light amber color with a decent white head that stayed a while. Near medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor starts lightly roasted caramel with a good amount of bitter hop. Could be pine and citrus mix. Pretty much what one might expect of an APA. Finishes nicely bitter.

Moderate malt and light hop aroma. Clearish orange color with some white foam. Light beginning with a bitter hop finish. Lightly chewy palate.

Smells like a pack of Newports, with a touch of rose hips, and grapefruit, not strong. Very clear copper with a thick creamy head and good lacing. Very bitter and tastes like cologne. Bready finish. Probably pairs well with cottage cheese and pineapple.

I had their Copper Ale a while back and was very pleased with that, and I’d have to say this is equally as good. Terrific appearance, orange like with a thick head and tons of lacing on the glass. Nice sweet hop aroma. Very smooth, refreshing hoppy, slightly spiced taste. Not really a bitter hop bite, more of a smooth hoppy flavor with a clean finish. A solid beer that I don’t think I could get tired of

Bottle. 12 fl. oz. A nearly clear, dark copper color with very little head. Hoppy aromas of citrus and pine, but with kind of a weird artificial smell. Light to medium in body with a fair amount of carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Hoppy and bitter all the way through but with a light malty sweetness near the middle.

Bottle. Pours amber with little head. Aroma is a nice cascade citrus. Has a nice cascade bite that turns a bit dry. A nice pale ale.

12 oz.bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a small fine white head. The aroma is medium floral and citrus hops with bready malt. The flavor is a little on the soft side, but has more of the same medium citrus and floral hops and bready malt with slight bitterness. This is a drinkable brew in a pinch, but not one to revisit again.
