| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Apr 15, 2009 This is honestly one of the worst beers I’ve ever had. The smell is a sickly combination of sour rasberry and slightly roasty malts. The flavor is much of the same, but sweet. I don’t know why anyone would want to put those flavors together. This is awful. I’ve never had anything from otter creek before, but this atrocity is a horrible enough offense for me to condemn anything coming out of this "brewery." Shame on them. michael-pollack (2731), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 4, 2009 12oz. Bottle: Aroma of raspberry and chocolate. Poured dark orange in color with a small to medium-sized, rocky, beige head that lasted as a thin film on top of the beers. Clear. Not sparkling. Flavor is lightly sweet. Tastes of raspberry, slight medicine, light chocolate, and some malts. Light to medium body. Thin, slightly chalky body. Average texture. Raspberry jelly with a hint of chocolate in the finish, which is lightly chalky. jcp23 (47), Duluth, Georgia, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 28, 2009 Bottle into flute. Wierd grassy, fruity aroma. Pours murky, dark red-amber color with small khaki head. Flavor tastes like artificial raspberry soaked cardboard. Yuck. Palate is simultaneously watery and syrupy. It’s sickly sweet, making me grind my teeth like I’m drinking a Coke. No more, no thanks. mcox90 (652), Wilton, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 28, 2009 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear cola like brown color with a small khaki colored head. Aroma is weak malt with a hint of raspberry. Mouth feel is average. A bit on the thin side. Flavor is an odd sour funk with metallic undertones. A little malt and nut. Some raspberry, but that might be the power of suggestion. Not a winner. jeremytoni (1122), Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 20, 2009 From a bottle poured brown with a small head. Decent malty flavor with hints of raspberry and a quick finish. ben4321 (1041), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 18, 2009 Location: Picked up a 12 oz. bottle at Gilly’s, drank it 3/18/09
Aroma: Faint fruit, light malt
Appearance: Brownish color, slight red hue, almost no head
Flavor: Roasted malts, some sweetness, light finish reminiscent of a Porter
Palate: Light body, watery
Overall Impression:
I wouldn’t call this a Fruit beer, more like a semi-watery Porter with a hint of Raspberry. jredmond (1057), New Jersey, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 10/20 | Mar 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours a dark ruby body with no head. The aroma is light raspberry and roast. The flavor is watery with roasted malt and some raspberry. Tasted like a bad porter. Rciesla (3790), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

What else is there to say its like a sweet sugar raspberry beer, just what you’d expect from the name. Refreshing and simple and good as a sample and nothing more, or for your girlfriend on a juice diet.
