Very dark amber color, clear, with a thin off-white head. Sweet malty roasted aroma. Flavor is dominated by the malts, with a slightly sweet chocolatey taste on top of the coffee. Hops are there as well with a little citrus added to the bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Maybe not too much going on but it’s still a fairly good beer.

Pours a pitch black with a slight red halo, very thin tan head on top. Aroma is very dark roasted malts and slight hop aroma. Flavor is strong roasted malts, some nuttiness, a great tobacco flavor, some hops, and a very dry finish. Mouthfeel is very thick and creamy. A great porter!

Great smokey coffee aroma, very roasty and pleasant. Pours a very dark red, almost black with a small tan head. Taste starts sweet and malty but very quickly fades to a powerfull bitterness with a mineral aftertaste thats undesirable. A very watery mouthfeel. I wish this were a bit more balanced as the brew could really shine without the minerally bitter finish.

A good porter. Dark ruby color when held to the light. Hints of chocolate and coffee. Nicely hopped without bitterness. Lingering, pleasant aftertaste.

Blackish color with a red edge in the glass and a thin head. Very coffeeish aroma and taste. Obvious hops presence. Maybe a dash of smoke. Quite tasty.
