Pours a clear dark gold body with a very small, thin, and fizzy off-white head that all but vanished immediately. Pretty nice natural smelling apricot nose over a light wheat and pale malt base. The flavor is pretty nice up front, but it gets a bit weird on the finish. An odd cereal grain note comes out a little too strong. Still very natural fruit taste though. Light to medium bodied with a bit of a sugary sweet stickiness on the finish. Overall pretty decent for what it is, it won’t knock your socks off, but I can drink it. michael-pollack (2668), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA

Light to medium body. Tingly, lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Apricot and wheat finish is lightly dry. Hophead22 (1090), Redlands, by way of Wisconsin,, California, USA

Very clear light amber color. Aroma was big apricots, more like an apricot extract, but pretty good. Flavor was similar, apricot flavoring dominated everything else, sweet and pretty drinkable, not too bad. (1019) Birdiebeagle (787), Perkasie, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 21, 2009 Bottle Pours a nice clear amber with a fizzy deminishing off white head. Very limited lacing. Has a good aroma of floral, apricots, and a touch of wheat. Has a good carbonation. The flavor is refreshing with good amounts of apricot, and fruit. Has a watery texture. A light body. The finish is good and sweet. The aftertaste is okay. Not a bad beer to share with friends. TreborWhip (87), Reading, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 21, 2009 This beer was really weird, somewhere between a lambic and a wheat beer but leaning more towards a lambic. The 22oz bottle was poured into a wheat beer glass and produced an off-white head that quickly dissipated and a clear light amber body (unlike a true wheat beer which should be more translucent). Sweet apricot dominated the aroma and taste. Very light, much like the other lambic’s I’ve had. SuzyGreenberg (1367), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 19, 2009 Bomber from suzygreenberg. Pours a slightly murky orangish light brown to golden with little head. Nose is huge on the apricot and then some yeasty wheatness. Very inviting and almost desert like. Light prickly palate with lots of apricot and wheat. Taste pretty nice, but maybe a bit ’artificial’ on the fruit. Enjoyable and I would drink a bomber to myself, but nothing I would seek out. Thanks Ben. riversideAK (2723), Shoreline, Washington, USA
