Commercial Description:
A malt based apple brew made with wonderful cider from Way Fruit Farm and a touch of honey. Meredith insisted we brew this again and I hope she likes it.

Gold pour on this one, with minimal head. The aromas are cidery, with predominant apple and some champagny yeasty notes. Medium to light on the palate, lots of carbonation, and apple flavor, coupled with some spritzy yeasty notes.

Completely opaque yellow corn colored body, very thick and sludgy in appearance. Palate isn’t so bad, though, it just feels like a hefeweizen, thankfully absent of the grittiness than usually comes with such beers. Smell is a bit medicinal, with some cider and white wine notes in the nose. Flavor is more like sprite cola mixed with apple cider, lightly active on the tongue. Not really anything I can drink a lot of, in fact I was done half way through the pint. Interesting and unique, though.
