DocLock (4102), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 11, 2007 Gold pour on this one, with minimal head. The aromas are cidery, with predominant apple and some champagny yeasty notes. Medium to light on the palate, lots of carbonation, and apple flavor, coupled with some spritzy yeasty notes. acrdz (4302), Boulder, Colorado, USA Jan 12, 2007 Updated: Feb 28, 2007Completely opaque yellow corn colored body, very thick and sludgy in appearance. Palate isn’t so bad, though, it just feels like a hefeweizen, thankfully absent of the grittiness than usually comes with such beers. Smell is a bit medicinal, with some cider and white wine notes in the nose. Flavor is more like sprite cola mixed with apple cider, lightly active on the tongue. Not really anything I can drink a lot of, in fact I was done half way through the pint. Interesting and unique, though.
