Aroma is of tart banana, paintlike, with sour lacticacid , buttery, earthy and oaky. You couldn’t fit any more in here. Appearance is light hazy straw with a medium white head. Flavor is earthy, but still clean, with a tart finish. This is quite well balanced, but has a light nail polish note and low bittering. Mouthfeel is medium/light bodied, spritzy, dry and warm. Overall, very complex, not as earthy or dusty as I expected; quite well balanced for a sour. DenverLogan (421), MileHi, Colorado, USA

Gold color, small head. Aroma of persimmon, lemon, pluots, straw, wheat, nectarine, peach, and barnyard funk. Significant carbonation...a mix of sweet, sour, dry and funky flavors...not as smooth as the Girardin but intriguing and tasty. My bottle says good till 2026! elmatador00 (518), j-action-ville, North Carolina, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 21, 2007 This is a nice dry tart Gueuze. these aren’t easy to find varieties of Gueuze in MN. It has that flavor unique to western Belgian lambics and a crisp clean finish wth a little hint to walk away with. jake65 (1725), Williston, North Dakota, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 16, 2007 Bottle: A sour and tart smell is strong and soon as the cork was pulled. Light hints of fruity tartness and sourdough bread. The pour is a cloudy golden with many particles and a huge white head. Taste is dry and tart, a little sour and tangy. Dry, puckering finish. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Nov 3, 2007 This beer is a murky orange color with flakes of sediment in the bottle and glass. Thin white head that diminishes slowly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Tart fruity aroma with some dusty and earthy malt. Medium-bodied with a tart apple character and light coriander and yeast flavors. The finish is dry with green apple and oak flavors and it leaves behind a lingering citrus and spice aftertaste. Overall this beer is pretty enjoyable. Stew41 (1057), Caulfield, Australia

Body is murky pale gold with a dull orange core. Big winey, vinegar, stinky aromas with sweet and sour notes. Good depth. Sharp, prickly palate with high-fizz, sour wine fruits, some bitterness. Good driving length and sour finish.
