| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 26, 2009 Poured a deep golden orange with big chunks and 1 inch thick head that held firm for quite a while. Decent lacing on the taster glass. The aromas of citrus, vinegar, and skunk enveloped my room. Tastes include sour yeast, green apple, fruity white wine, musty skunk, with a little soy. Aftertaste is huge with sour citrus. High carbonation and prickly fiz on the palate. Good stuff. mar (1903), Dallas, Texas, USA
