Jan 9, 2004 The aroma is fruity and sour and a little old. The color is a clear orange and it has a beutiful lasting head. The flavor is nicely sour with woody notes - it has a crisp dry finish. A great Geuze. Too bad they had to close.

Jul 27, 2005 (Bottle 37,5 cl) Hazy, orangey golden beer with a fairly decent head. Tart and citrusy indeed, but for a traditional gueuze this is almost smooth and soft and almost easy to drink. But then of course it hasn’t got quite the same complexity as the more extreme gueuzes. Still an experience though. 110700

Apr 30, 2002 Pale yellow, hazy. Vinuous aroma. Very dry with well balanced acidity. Complex, subtle flavours, including a hint of blue cheese. An outstandingly well balanced example of the style. Sheer world class!

Feb 22, 2008 Updated: Feb 23, 200837.5 cL bottle, thanks to faeroeviking. Pours hay orange with a lacing white head. Light orange fruity to dry funky aroma. Flavour is smooth acidic with a solid brett and a dry woody note. Dry woody finish, mellow woody note.

Oct 14, 2007 Bottle. Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate acidic, grapefruit. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. (230907)

Mar 23, 2007 Bottle, 6%. Good sour aroma with a hint of mold. Hazy copper colour. Big stable white head. Good sourness in the flavour, lemony and sharp. Quite clean flavour with a hint of fruity sweetness. Ends on a very dry note, reminding me of aspartam. Slightly high carbonation.

Mar 14, 2007 Bottled. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Sour fruits and yeast. Acidic footsweat along with sour fruits and acidicness. Flavour is quite the same, and is a very superdry thing. Some slight metallicness showing also, yet it is very wellbalanced. Hardcore thing.
