Oct 28, 2009 Deep, hazy maroon color. Great nose of cherry and tang. Lovely tart cherry palate, more red cherry than black. Sea salt, lemon rind, almost like a Sauvignon blanc. Creamy texture, backed up by rocking acidity. Good food beer. Wish it had more weight.

Oct 18, 2009 Nice murky red color with minimal head, pours like a soda. Scent is a nice sour
cherry and light funk. Taste is a pleasant dry sour with a quick leathery finish. Mouth is appropriately bubbly and thin.

Oct 17, 2009 Cloudy red pour - lively, effervescent pour - nose of cherry (skins, pits, flesh, stems, you name it), warming spices, leathery funk, light saltiness - dry, earthy, medium-tart, with just the tiniest bit of acetic character - a bit of red wine vinegar - gentle funkiness through the middle - some earthy cherry flesh and skins compliment a slight sweetness through the middle - ends bone dry, with light tannic flavor and vinegar - a very nice kriek.

Sep 25, 2009 Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours showes a high carbonation. The body is cloudy deep redwine-colour with a pinky head. The nose is blasting cherrys away and leaves some acid-notes. The taste is likewise with a nice vinegar and bitterness feeling. The finish is buttery and bitter topped with cherry sweetness.

Sep 10, 2009 Deep red coloured beer with almost no head. Acidic and cherries in the aroma.Sour flavour, lacks carboniation and body, maybe because it’s a bit old. Expired in 2007 but still a nice beer. (Corked bottle 75cl)

The aroma is nice, though not extremely powerful, with a good yeastiness, light maltiness and notes of cherry and wood. The flavour is moderately sweet, moderately to heavily acidic, lightly bitter. Quite fruity and funky. Medium body, lively carbonation. quite long finish with light to medium bitterness. Fruity and balanced, a good fruit lambic
