I’m still slightly disturbed by the color of it. It pours red with a big fluffy pink head. Very acidic/tart flavor, with just hints of cherries hiding amongst it. Long sour finish, and very light on the palate. Overall, much better then I expected, but I’ll grab a guezue over this any day. temporrari (327), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA

Aroma is sour, a lot of wood and brett, subtle cherry. Acidic, cherry flavor. Dry. Sharp carbonation. Sour, but mildly. Still a bit shocking at first, since I haven’t had a sour brew in some time, and I’ve only had a few so far. Got used to it in a few sips. Nice beer. Hansen (2318), Randers, Denmark

Hazy red color. Aroma of grape, apple, dusty notes, vinegar and light sulfur notes as well. Medium bodied with a sticky dry texture and a lively carbonation. Moderated sweet and sour flavor. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 16, 2007 Pours bright red with a pink foamy head. Nice sour cherry flavor, but the tartness is a bit overwhelming. Wonder if it will mellow out before date on the bottle of 2012? yespr (12420), Copenhagen O, Denmark

Slight sweet and clearly sour cherries, minor sulphor note. Woody and earthy flavoured with a sourness going through from start to finish. Clear yeasty notes together with cherries. Decent but not great.
