Red body with orange shine, huge pink head; Pleasant but quite small nose, nice mix of cowshit and cherry, it has something metallic to it as well, lacks depth and is quite simple; Lots of fill in body, soft to oily texture, perfect amount of soft carbonation; When swallowed the acidy freshness arrives in a balanced manner, again to little aroma a little unripe cherry and some pit is all there is – Best before 06.10.2024

375-ml. bottle (best by 3-12-2020). Beautiful, hazy, scarlet and ruby in color with a foamy peach head that encapsulates the body and retains throughout the journey. Aroma is truly extraordinary. Salty sour cherries, adrenaline charged tart red raspberries, turning pomme bits, smashed pinot grapes, hard earned sweat and grenadine clashing with rye and boysenberry. Flavor’s first impressions lingers as salty and sulfurous. Holding the substance in the mouth for a prolonged period enervates the more glorious characteristics (tart cherry sauce, phosphate, vinaigrette, freshly halved ruby red grapefruit, etc.) It’s the outtake that disquiets slightly. Lime soaked kiwi is overcome by tart cherries, buoyantly abounded by freesia, concentrated red raspberry kernels and guava. Tingling carbonation is well in line with the bigger picture, and the substance begs for ample re-hydration following each sip, nearly creating a hole in a barren mouth geyser. Souring seascapes reappear in the finish with sparkling mineral water ideals and tart cherry cobbler to instigate a sugary and bakery relegated necessity. In the end, it’s a dry, cheeky aeration with a leavened flavor in line with strawberry shortbread.

[Portland International Beer Festival – Tap] A dark reddish colored brew with no head. This was a great flavored brew. Loved the cherry flavor and the spices that I could taste. A easy to drink and a great beer for the wife to drink. Semi sour this was a great Lambic and one to serve to all.

Hazy reddish brown with a bubbly small pink head. Sour berry aroma, earthy, bubbly mouthfeel, tart and quite acidic. Finishes somewhat musty.

Pours a bright rosy red into a tumbler. Slight head hugs the rim. Sharp lambic notes -- no sign of the kriek. Sharp lactic sour patch with very slight sour cherry undertone. Lasting lactic finish. Very enjoyable and refreshing.

375ml bottle. Best before 3/12/2023. Pours light pinkish brown with a nice, rocky, light pink head. Mostly lasting, nice lacing. Heavy horse blacket nose with some smoke and cheese. Sour, overriped cherries live just below the surface, some light lactic notes. The flavor is musty, pineapple brett, cheesey, cherries come through well, very clean lactic acidity. The mouthfeel is light and lively, but slightly dirty. Finish is dry and tart with a lingering taste of cherry.

Best before 03 12 2023, phew, just made it in time, 20 01 2005, lol. Poured a nice red rosey pink color with a pretty creamy pink head that laced beautifully. The aroma was light funk and light cherries. The flavor was tart, sour, funky off wheat, some barn and hay, and very light sour cherries. This one isn’t all that fruity and certainly has nothing sweet about it. Mouthfeel was moderate to heavy for the style, a nice hearty carbonated fruit lambic.
