2004 bottle from Andrew. I got this 2 or so years ago, and it has done great in the cellar for the past few years. Pours out just like the picture to the left looks. No need to describe that. Smell is sour, sweet, full of cherries, some wood smells too. Pretty fruity for a lambic. Taste is sweet, yet sour but not overly sour. An explosion of cherries not typically found in a lambic. Smooth and easy to drink, was very nice on a hot day here in the south. Good stuff!

Jul 13, 2008 Bottle. Pours a gorgeous ruby red with a fizzy light pink (almost lavender) head. Funky barnyard first on the nose, followed by tart cherries. Quite sour to taste, tart and strong cherries as well. Very nicely carbed, tart, puckering, and dry. Delightful.

Jul 13, 2008 Pours a dark burgundy in color. There’s a pinkish/white head that forms. Plenty of carbonation on the pour. Smell is cherry and all kinds of funky, tart. Taste is more of the cherry and funk, but the cherries have more of a "green" taste. Good carbonation again in the mouthfeel. Very tart and funky lambic. I like it.

Jul 7, 2008 Red color clear with a almost pink colored head. Smells of tartness, funky sour, cherries, and other fruits. Taste is the same as the smell. Nice and dry. Good beer.

Jul 3, 2008 C&C 375ml bottle, best by 14.04.2026 - I KILLED AN INFANT! Murky red with a pink head. Cherry nose, sweet yet tart, bretty and wood notes. Sour cherry and funk flavor - one so young, surprising it developed this far. Absolutely delish!

Jun 28, 2008 Aroma of barnyard and tart cherries. Tart sour cherry taste to start that fades to barnyard and leather. Thin sparkling mouth feel. Very nice.
