May 19, 2009 Lighrt gold nice thin head lots of woody oak nice light tartness in the aroma. Light and woody pleasant tartness.
Smells kind fo like a light white wine. Has white wine flavors wirth light funky notes. Interesting. Less flvorfil than some, but nice and tart, and funky.

Mar 20, 2009 Updated: Oct 5, 2009Sampled at Zythos 2009. Thanks to Mesandsim for getting this from their good friend at the beer stand. Clear gold, no head. Cheesy lambic aroma. It’s not very attractive. Lacks character as a lambic. Bit of a sting on the finish. Bit woody. Dullish. 2.8. re-rate from tap at White Horse Parson’s Green 18 months old. Very decent lemony lambic with a touch of wood. Really nice lemony notes not too acidic, but with the lemon drizzle cake edge to it. Does remind me a lot of an English cider.
