Aromas of apple juice and malt. Nothing special. The taste reveals some surprises. Malty, biscuitty, huge amounts of hay, hoppy, grassy; nicely balanced and not to sweet. A hint of peaches. Not bad at all. A nice buttery finish. A swiss lager that is clearly above average. This beer is worth having a look at the comments on the label. I don’t agree with all the statements, but this is a personal matter. A good lager. A beer I would drink on a regular basis. Emil (6074), Copenhagen, Denmark

Sweet with overwhelmingly soft, cottony mouthfeel and medium body. What is in the way of hops is sadly hidden behind green apples, which the sweet malt flavour cannot completely balance. But, damn what a wonderful malt character. fiulijn (7420), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy
