From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with with a small white head. Aroma is mild sweet malty. Flavour holds a mild fruity hops note to a crisp malt base. Light bitterness shining through. Smooth, slight wheaty flavoured finish.

Bottle. Light hazy golden colour with a small white head. Light sweet malty aroma and a sweet light caramel taste. Medium to full body and a sweet finish.

A hazy orange beer with an ultra fast disappearing head. Sharp citrus and yeast aroma. Dry and rancid flavor of unripe fruit. Quite unbalanced.

Cloudy orange beer with a small off white head. Malty sweet aroma with a touch of alcohol. Malty flavor with a caramel sweetness, lots of alcohol in the finish.

A hazy orange beer with a small disappearing orange head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of alcohol and lesser notes of caramel. The flavor is quite sweet and again with strong notes of alcohol. Thanks Alex for sharing this rare beer.

Malty aroma; malty taste; more balanced than all the other German bocks I’m drinking tonight, strong bitteness, light fruitness, yet not as extraordinary. Thanks Philippe for bringing me this one.

slightly hazy blond-orange colour, almost no foam, aroma of alcohol, malt, orange and hazelnut, the whole being very well-balanced, sweet and full-bodied, slightly oily, the finish is moderately dry, very malty with a long warming alcohol touch - deeply balanced and very well-made, a great bock !
