Oyster Brewery’s pub, Isle of Seil, Ellenabeich, Scotland. Cask. Golden with a nice, creamy head and a nice lace. The aroma is sourish with notes of aroma hops. The flavour has the touch of home brew, and a beer that isn’t fully fermented. It has notes of fruit and a nice bitterness, and the sourness is found in the flavour too. The finish is slightly dry. A beer, that will be quickly forgotten.
