bottle from a NYC sushi place. I’m pretty much a sake newb, but this one was pretty good and aesthetically pleasing (I kept the bottle). Had a great floral character, light and crystal clear. Although the alcohol was quite transparent, I didn’t even get buzzed from this (had about half the bottle myself)... usually that would do it.
