Oct 31, 2008 Draft. Nice chestnut color with a nice off-white head. Toffee aroma. The good part: Sweet caramel/brown sugar flavor with backing citrus and grass. The bad: I have no idea what this off-flavor is, but I’ve seen it in really bad homebrew before - only this is stronger than anything I’ve ever seen before. I’ve always associated it with sanitizing solution, but it’s got to be something else - and this beer is full of it. Bartender seemed like he wasn’t impressed with the beer either.
