Commercial Description:
This beer is an India Pale Ale! It is the first commercially brewed beer in the country using Columbus hops. It is very hoppy, aromatic and quite strong. All hopheads will love it!

Draft. Light amber color with little head. Biterness shines through, but it’s a lighter body and a little too carbonated to really enjoy.

Tap. A creamy smooth hop filled aroma and flavor. I think the cask conditioned is better than the regular tap.

Full hoppy aroma better delivered with CO2 than cask, a bit of a wet sneaker in there. Very full bitter w/o a palate lick. Some resid sweetness. It’s very wobbly.
