Commercial Description:
Seasons Greetings from Pacific Coast Brewing. This years Holiday Beer is a Double IPA. Clocking in at 100 IBU and 7.6% ABV. Its brewed using Columbus for bittering and Horizon for dry hops. Strong, smooth, floral and spicy with very little of the strong citrus favors more commonly tasted in Double IPA’s!

Draft. Rich copper beer with a nice off-white head. Citrus/floral hop aroma with some malt backing. Extract tang flavor with floral/grassy hops and some citrus. Just not good. Very low bitterness. Medium body. Couldn’t drink it.
