Commercial Description:
For the Millennium we have brewed a very special ale. This strong ale is brewed with two yeasts and two types of oak! The water used was "Burtonized" (mineral salts added) to approximate the famous waters of Burton on Trent. This fine ale should continue to improve with age as a fine wine might.

Bottled on 12/14/99 and enjoyed on 7/3/02. This bottle was kindly saved by my friend Tim for my arrival. A cloudy amber color that was highly carbonated. It was sweet with hints of plums and a real joy to drink.
