Aroma is awesome! A very full base malt sweetness, a light toasted malt note, a spicy but very strongly sweet floral hops note with a very unique and hard to place smell. It has a strong floral nectar sweetness to it maybe even mango fruitiness. Flavor has a very nice toasted note, strong sweet note to it overall, a mango bubble gum flavor and its very dry at the end. A very smooth, lightly chewy feeling to the brew. Overall this beer was one of their best beers with every component working in unison to really deliver a truly unique and enjoyable beer! Organic brews have never really done much for me but if they tasted like this, then it would definitely change my mind. I hope to get a hold of this one again in the not too distant future. NOTE: The key to the flavors of this brew (more so than others) is to allow it to warm up, as the flavors really come about once its a bit warmer.
