GABF 2009. Pours clear amber with an average, rocky white head, somewhat lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cookie, cereal), average hop (flowers, herbs), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of cherry and raspberry. Medium bodied, sticky texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
