Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), with notes of soap, lemon juice, apple, and gum.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Pretty sad...soapy and appley nose, too sweet. Not among the best at the fest.

Oct 27, 2007 Draught. Pours clear dark yellow with an average, frothy, white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, straw, cereal), average hops (flowers, citrus), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of banana and pepper. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, and an astringent finish; somewhat dry. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.
