Medium adherent foam and of sufficient persistence. Dark amber color, mauvish. Enough bubbly and limpid one. Light scent, not a lot emphasized. Dry taste, not too much alcoholic and medium yielded. Good end but without a marked bitter .

Apr 27, 2004 Light amber color. Light sweet malt aroma. Sweet taste, poor malt, some caramel, wrong fermentation.
