33 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a little creamy white head. Vague malt aroma. Flavour is mild yeasty to a solid caramel malt note. Light bitterness and herbal note. Light yeasty finish.

Jul 7, 2008 Sample at San Diego Brewing Company. This beer is a clear orange-ish color with a medium thin and creamy off-white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing. The aroma is fruity and spicy. Medium-bodied with a soft mouthfeel and flavors of tart fruit and spices. Touches of yeast as well. The finish is mildly spicy and short. Slightly below average overall.

Jul 1, 2008 Draft @ BXL between 6th and 7th ave. Pours dark amber pretty clear, with white head. The aroma is pretty light - some sweet notes. The taste is smooth and not really dry finishing as the menu description suggested. Not bad. Listed at 6% abv on the menu as well.

Jul 1, 2008 330ml Bottle - Copper coloured with a foamy head. Biscuity,malty and fruity aroma. The taste is fruity with some malt and a light hoppiness. It is perfectly drinkable but rather bland by Belgian standards.

Jun 29, 2008 On draft at San Diego Brewing Company. Don’t ask me how, but I could tell from the tap handle it was going to be bad... and I was right. I don’t know how they get away with calling this a belgian ale. It was like yeasty water.
